Tenants needing support

Friends or family referring on someone’s behalf

Landlords looking for a neutral party to engage with a tenant

Support workers, housing officers, solicitors or caseworkers

📋 What Happens When You Submit:

We’ll contact you within 1–2 working days

We’ll listen, assess the situation, and offer support or advice

If needed, we’ll communicate with the landlord, make recommendations, or help prepare for legal advice
